Plough-shear Mixer

The SYLD series plow blade flying knife mixer is a specialized horizontal mixer suitable for mixing materials that are prone to clumping (such as fibers or moisture clumping), mixing powder materials with poor fluidity, mixing viscous materials, mixing powder with liquid agglomeration, and mixing low viscosity fluids. Under the powerful shear mixing effect of the spindle mixer and auxiliary flying knife, excellent mixing production is achieved. Widely used in industries such as ceramic clay, refractory materials, wear-resistant materials, hard alloys, food additives, pre mixed mortar, composting technology, sludge treatment, rubber and plastics, fire extinguishing agents, special building materials, etc.

The SYLD series mixer is equipped with a standard plow type spindle and cross flying blade combination structure. During operation, the plow type spindle moves in a circular motion, and the material is divided into two directions by the plow blade surface to form a bidirectional material flow. The material intersects with the materials from both sides of the plow blade to form an uninterrupted vortex centrifugal material flow. When the material flows through the high-speed flying blade, it is cut and thrown by the high-speed flying blade, achieving uniform mixing in a very short time. Turn on the machine to ensure that the material is pushed by the plow to the center of the cylinder at the discharge port, ensuring a clean discharge.

The latest SYLD series mixer continuously improves its design, ensuring that the position of the plow head is staggered and continuously installed in the axial direction, avoiding mixing dead corners. Exquisite structural design and excellent production process not only ensure extremely low failure rate of the machine, but also excellent mixing uniformity and good production efficiency.
